Position Summary...

The Senior Manager, Specialty Ethics & Compliance – Product Regulatory Reporting is responsible for leading the company’s product safety regulatory reporting program, ensuring timely, accurate, and compliant reporting to government agencies, primarily the CPSC and FDA, and related reporting to state agencies. This role oversees the end-to-end process for regulatory reporting, partners with cross-functional teams to minimize risk, drive continuous improvement, and ensure regulatory readiness. The Senior Manager serves as a primary point of contact for regulatory agencies and internal stakeholders regarding product safety reporting obligations.

The team leads the company’s product safety regulatory reporting program, ensuring timely and accurate submissions to agencies such as the CPSC and FDA. They focus on maintaining compliance through effective governance, risk management, and process improvement. The group collaborates across functions to monitor regulations, develop strategies, and communicate findings to leadership. Emphasizing strong leadership and clear communication, the team supports continuous learning and operational excellence while upholding the highest standards of integrity and ethics in all activities.

What you'll do...

  •  Lead the intake, triage, and management of product safety regulatory reporting requirements for the organization. 
  • Partner with product compliance, store operations, customer care, claims, legal, and other relevant teams to ensure alignment and effective regulatory reporting. 
  • Lead continual improvement of regulatory reporting processes for product safety. 
  • Serve as the primary point of contact to the CPSC, FDA, and other government agencies for product safety regulatory reporting. 

  What you'll bring:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Law, Science, or related field; Master’s degree or advanced legal studies preferred.
  • 8+ years of experience in compliance, regulatory affairs, product safety, or related roles, with direct experience in regulatory reporting and agency relations.
  • Strong knowledge of CPSC and FDA reporting requirements and best practices.
  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage high-risk, time-sensitive projects.
  • Experience with data analytics, process management, and technology-enabled compliance solutions.
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Experience working with government agencies (CPSC, FDA).

The annual salary range for this position is $90,000.00 - $180,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include :

Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, or related field and 4 years’ experience in compliance, ethics, legal, project management, or related area OR 6 years’ experience in compliance, ethics, legal, project management, or related area. 2 years’ supervisory experience. 3 years’ experience using intermediate functionality of Microsoft Office.
