Job Summary 

We are seeking a highly motivated AI Ecosystems and OSS Strategist to identify relevant ecosystem developments and trends in the AI market. This role involves attending and organizing community events such as conferences and meetups, participate in community discussions, and engaging with OSS organizations and companies supporting OSS ecosystems. The ideal candidate will have experience in participating in OSS organizations in AI/ML. 

Key Responsibilities 

  • Attend and organize community events such as conferences and meetups, representing ADI and supporting internal groups in ADI that are active in these communities.   
  • Identify new developments in AI ecosystems, new emerging ecosystems and relevant changes in existing ecosystems. Evaluate AI ecosystems developments for technical maturity and usability for ADI AI products and services.  
  • Participate in the governance of selected OSS ecosystems, representing ADI. 
  • Provide detailed reports and presentations on OSS and ecosystem trends, opportunities, and potential impacts on our AI strategy. 
  • Provide insights and recommendations to guide the overall AI strategy and support internal teams when selecting OSS AI components, libraries and models. 
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and OSS community leaders, identify collaboration opportunities and commercialization trends.

The expected wage range for a new hire into this position is $158,700 to $218,213.
  • Actual wage offered may vary depending on work location, experience, education, training, external market data, internal pay equity, or other bona fide factors.

  • This position qualifies for a discretionary performance-based bonus which is based on personal and company factors.
