The Boeing CompanyBoeing has an exciting opportunity for an Associate Engineering Technical Specialist to join us as part of the Flight Simulation Labs Operations team located in Berkeley, MO.
The applicant will be working in a fast-paced environment supporting Flight Simulation hardware requiring technical skills in both electronic hardware development and trouble shooting. In this role you will be supporting repairs and modifications to Boeing manufactured Lab equipment and Simulators
Position Responsibilities:
Maintains products, materials and processes to meet regulatory requirements and ensure consistent quality.
Uses standard guidelines to stage material, verify products meet regulatory conformance and contractual compliance.
Resolves discrepancies, defects and ensure issues are identified for resolution. Creates and maintains tracking data and inputs information into engineering systems.
Candidate must have strong people skills, self-motivated and excellent customer relation skills.
Works well in a team environment
This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite in Berkeley, MO.
Travel may be required up to 10% of the time
This position requires an active Secret Security Clearance (U.S. Citizenship Required)
A U.S. Security Clearance that has been active in the past 24 months is considered active
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills and Experience):
Bachelor degree
3+ years of work related experience
Experience with Material Management and Inventory Control
Experience with inventory management systems or database applications
Experience in shipping and receiving
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills and Experience):
Experience with product management
Experience with electronic parts and equipment
Familiarity with Lab equipment Property Management requirements
