The SEC Reporting Manager will be a key part of the team responsible for external financial reporting to the SEC, as well as certain recurring internal reporting. Primary responsibilities include the preparation of US GAAP financial statements and footnotes for inclusion in the Form 20-F (with anticipated Form 10-K/10-Q in the future), 6-K filings, and earnings releases, as well as leading the XBRL tagging process for all SEC filings. In addition, the SEC Reporting Manager will support the Controller in preparing certain recurring internal reporting. Finally, the SEC Reporting Manager may assist in the research and analysis of technical accounting matters including revenue recognition, share-based compensation, and other complex accounting topics. The SEC Reporting Manager will collaborate closely with GL Accounting, Tax, FP&A, Legal, HR, and other operational departments within the Company to ensure accurate and timely reporting of financial results.
Base Range: $103,000 - $130,000 + Bonus Eligible
