The Title Service Representative III must be proficient is all aspects of the job functions of a TSR I and II. This position requires the ability to research and address exception issues, handle reporting, training of new hires, and/or assisting the supervisor as needed.

ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES*

  • Processes repo applications and affidavits and ships applications  to the DMV or Tag Agent to obtain a repo title.
  • Send customers and dealers ROL’S, copy of titles and contracts through Fed Ex, Fax or e-mail.
  • Reassigns title to new dealer and adds to dealer shipment.
  • Obtain notary preferred.
  • Assists with managing exception queues and workflows
  • Handles Secure Message accounts for client.
  • Call customers, dealers and clients to assist with title related issues.
  • Assist in training new hires

BASIC AND PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS (EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE)

  • HS Diploma or General Education Degree (GED)
  • 2-5 years experience
  • Some college (preferred)
  • DMV or car dealership or title experience a plus

MINIMUM JOB SKILLS, ABILITIES AND QUALIFICATIONS

  • Mastery of the English language, both written and verbal.
  • Strong attention to detail, is dependable and follows through.
  • Experience with Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word
  • Strong work ethic
  • Previous customer service experience.
  • Strong leadership skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work well with people throughout the organization.
  • Willingness to maintain a professional appearance and provide a positive company image.
  • Ability to understand key functions of departments responsible for
  • Ability to meet expected production guidelines.
