About the Role
Target Food Supply Chain (FSC) is evolving rapidly as we modernize how product flows through our Food Distribution Centers (FDCs) to serve guests with greater reliability, efficiency, and freshness. As network complexity increases across capacity planning, event execution, and systems enablement, Food and Beverage needs stronger integrated planning capabilities that improve visibility, clarify ownership, and reduce reactive decision-making.
As a Senior Analyst, FDC PIM Ops, you will help lead the strategy, governance, and development of a unified Flow Calendar that integrates event planning, blackout planning, forecast visibility, and capacity risk into a single, integrated operating view for the FDC network. This role blends operational strategy, business process design, systems modernization, and cross-functional leadership. You will help build scalable planning routines, influence modernization priorities, and create governance frameworks that improve reliability, reduce variability, and support smarter decision-making across the network.
