サイト全体の材料コスト競争力を高めるため、以下の業務を推進します。

• 戦略的な生産性向上（Productivity）の推進：予算に基づき、技術改善（Technical）、サプライヤーの切り替え（Re-sourcing）、物流（Logistics）、VPS（生産システム）の各レバーを活用したコスト削減を計画・実行します
• サプライヤーマネジメント：主要サプライヤー（KAP）との関係構築・管理を行い、サイトの交渉目標達成に向けてコモディティ組織（Segment Leaders）をサポートします
• 予算管理と実行：サイト購買マネージャーと連携し、サイト予算を策定。目標達成に向けた施策の進捗を管理し、未達リスクがある場合はリカバリープラン（Mitigation plan）を実行します
• グローバル基準の導入：グループ全体の材料標準やサプライヤー統合基準（V5000等）を現場に落とし込み、ガバナンスを維持します
• 物流プロトコルの最適化：全購入部品に対して、適切な物流プロトコルが適用されていることを確実なものにします

Job Description

To enhance the overall material cost competitiveness of the site, you will be responsible for driving the following initiatives:

• Strategic Productivity Improvement:
  Based on the budget, plan and execute cost reduction initiatives by leveraging multiple levers such as technical improvements, supplier re-sourcing, logistics optimization, and VPS (Production System).
• Supplier Management:
  Build and manage relationships with key suppliers (KAP), and support commodity organizations (Segment Leaders) in achieving site negotiation targets.
• Budget Planning & Execution:
  Collaborate with the Site Purchasing Manager to develop the site budget. Monitor progress toward targets and implement mitigation plans when there is a risk of underachievement.
• Implementation of Global Standards:
  Deploy group-wide material standards and supplier integration frameworks (e.g., V5000) at the site level to ensure governance and compliance.
• Logistics Protocol Optimization:
  Ensure appropriate logistics protocols are applied to all purchased components.

Requirements (MUST)

• Experience in purchasing or supply chain management within the manufacturing industry
