What You'll Do
Lead the development and execution of comprehensive, full-funnel advertising strategies to maximize brand reach and conversion at scale.
Take charge of setting up, managing, and optimizing high-budget digital campaigns across e-commerce marketplaces and social media channels.
Identify, recruit, and negotiate with high-potential and premium affiliates, ensuring strict alignment with overarching brand objectives and market positioning.
Strategically configure and manage affiliate SKUs, tracking links, and tiered commission structures while exercising rigorous control over allocated brand budgets.
Architect and drive high-impact affiliate activation strategies during peak campaign periods and live stream pushes, collaborating seamlessly with creative teams for optimal content distribution.
Define advanced target customer avatars and execute sophisticated audience setups (saved, custom, lookalike, and retargeting) for optimal and efficient media allocation.
Monitor, analyze, and report on key performance metrics (GMV, order volume, ROI), actively diagnosing underperforming partnerships and implementing rapid optimization
Who You Are
Possess a Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Marketing, Business, or a closely related discipline.
Bring 4 to 6+ years of proven, results-oriented experience in managing Affiliate Marketing programs, performance marketing campaigns, or strategic digital partnerships.
Demonstrate advanced data fluency and proficiency in Microsoft Excel and relevant analytics tools for in-depth data analysis and comprehensive reporting.
Exhibit exceptional organizational and leadership capabilities, adept at independently managing high-tier brand accounts and meeting competing deadlines simultaneously.
Thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, displaying the strategic agility to execute flawlessly during high-volume campaign peaks and adapt to real-time market shifts.
