The Regional Administrative Support - Commercial Learning role provides essential operational and logistical coordination for both in-person and virtual commercial training programs. This position ensures that all tactical details—such as scheduling, pre-work distribution, travel coordination, communications, and post-training feedback collection—are executed accurately and on time. The role supports training for commercial selling and service teams and plays a key part in delivering a smooth, professional learner experience. This is an ideal role for someone who is detail-oriented, organized, and eager to support high-impact training initiatives across the region.
Coordinate and schedule commercial training programs across global regions, including managing attendee lists, invitations, training calendars, room bookings, and virtual meeting setup.
Manage Outlook calendars, meeting invitations, and training communications before, during, and after sessions to ensure alignment and clarity for all participants.
Support end-to-end logistics for participants and facilitators by organizing training materials, timelines, logistics details including travel arrangements, accommodations, venues and meals.
Prepare, distribute, and track pre-training materials, manage rosters and documentation, and ensure participants receive all required instructions and resources on time.
Handle post-training administration including survey distribution, feedback collection and reporting, attendance tracking, LMS updates, documentation management, and ongoing communication with stakeholders.
1–2 years of experience in administrative, coordination, or operational support roles, ideally within corporate, training, or sales environments.
Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to handle multiple priorities and recurring high-volume activities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Outlook, Excel, Word, Teams) and comfort managing schedules, communications, and virtual collaboration platforms.
Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and basic understanding of training or onboarding processes.
Fluent English communication skills, with a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to supporting teams and stakeholders.
