Garantizar la operación continua y eficiente de los equipos, maquinaria e instalaciones mediante la ejecución de actividades de mantenimiento preventivo, predictivo y correctivo, asegurando la disponibilidad, calidad y seguridad en los procesos de producción automotriz.

Job Description

Ejecutar mantenimiento preventivo y correctivo en maquinaria CNC, robots, prensas, líneas de ensamble, sistemas hidráulicos, neumáticos y eléctricos.

Diagnosticar fallas mecánicas, eléctricas o electrónicas y proponer soluciones efectivas.

Realizar inspecciones rutinarias para detectar desviaciones en el funcionamiento de los equipos.

Participar en la implementación de mejoras continuas para optimizar el rendimiento de las máquinas y reducir tiempos muertos.

Documentar las actividades de mantenimiento en los formatos establecidos

Cumplir con las normas de seguridad, medio ambiente y calidad establecidas por la empresa y el cliente automotriz.

Apoyar en auditorías internas o externas relacionadas con mantenimiento y seguridad.

Mantener en orden las herramientas, refacciones y áreas de trabajo.
