Specific responsibilities include:
• Manage and maintain Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS).
• Ensure accurate processing and recording of HRIS transactions.• Support HR programs, processes, and projects by updating system configurations.
• Conduct system analysis to find efficiency improvements.
• Provide technical support and guidance within HRIS.
• Respond to HRIS-related questions and issues.• Generate standard and ad-hoc reports from HRIS.
• Stay informed about current trends and advancements in HRIS
