Key Responsibilities:
You will be responsible for creating customer experiences to drive client growth by leveraging a deep understanding of the Marketing function and how Marketing interacts with other parts of the business;
You will define Marketing transformation journeys by applying functional expertise to meet the vision of our customers;
You are expected to be a subject matter expert, collaborate and manage the team to perform effectively;
You will be responsible for team decisions, engage with multiple teams, and contribute to key decisions;
You are expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams;
You will develop innovative marketing strategies that align with client objectives and enhance customer engagement;
You will analyze market trends and customer feedback to continuously improve marketing initiatives;
You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive marketing efforts across the organization;
You will lead workshops and training sessions to share best practices and insights within the team;
You will monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, making data-driven recommendations for future initiatives.
- Expert proficiency in Marketing Strategies is required;
- Expert proficiency in Service Strategy is recommended;
- Advanced proficiency in Customer Insight & Marketing Analytics, Marketing Services, and Marketing Operating Model, along with expert proficiency in Customer Care, is suggested;
- Fluent in English and Portuguese.
