What would you do? Helps transform back office and network operations, reduce time to market and grow revenue, by improving customer experience and capex efficiency, and reducing cost-to-serve Good Customer Support Experience preferred with good networking knowledge This team is responsible for managing problems caused by information technology infrastructure errors to minimize their adverse impact on business and to prevent their recurrence by seeking the root cause of those incidents and initiating actions to improve or correct the situation.
What are we looking for? At least 7 to 11 years of experience in Billing / finance operations • Strong analytical (collect, research and interpret data) and problem-solving skills • High drive, entrepreneurial attitude and good interpersonal skills • Excellent verbal and written communications skills in English • Ability to work under minimal supervision and guidance, learning new responsibilities quickly • Ability to work virtually with diverse teams (internal teams, vendors, client team) • Excellent organizational / time management / data management skills • Highly proficient in finding, learning, following and applying processes • Excellent accuracy and attention to detail • Excellent documentation skills (ability to document all specifications and requirements correctly and precisely) • Prioritizes and plans work activities with a high degree of personal organization and the ability to supervise/coach/mentor these skills in others • Proficient in process and data analysis techniques • Highly proficient in Microsoft applications (Word, PowerPoint, Excel,…) • Strong analytical skills • Ability to organize, evaluate, and present complex data with excellent written and oral skills • Effective communication skills • Ability to handle critical situations and manage complexity
Roles and Responsibilities: Planner facilitates and manages all aspects of planning process for changes to billing processes and systems. Planner works with internal and external parties, conducts research, design, analysis, coordination of the planning process, obtains funding approval and documents all business requirements and specifications and engages Project Management team for implementation. Furthermore, Planner • liaises with the Client Sponsor on any requirements/projects (CBO or other organization, e.g. Tax, Treasury), • ensures a technical solution will be created when development is required (working with TSM, IT Solution Architect, LPM), • ensures mandate funding approval (working with Technical Solution Manager, Capital Planning) and/or budget approval (=via Client Sponsor) is obtained when needed, • Identifies a third party supplier (if third party supplier solution is required) working with Client’s internal teams, ensure proposals are obtained and selected, and liaise with global supply chain and vendor to properly define/set up and maintain third party contracts and provides support to lifecycle activities where required. Planner will also raise the PO for implementation cost (e-invoicing/real time reporting solutions) and work with internal Client’s teams to ensure POs for running cost can/will be raised. Planner will follow up on vendor questions related to payment, • may act as PM or involve a PM from the PM organization, • remains involved (requirements clarification, project progress, issues, Project Changes); working with PM and project team members, • should also support/follow up on any mandate related questions upon deployment/in production. There is not one set of standard rules for mandates as each country has its own rules and guidelines to follow.
