Job Description
1. Cookie Growth Project Development and Execution
*Develop and execute brand growth projects, focusing on consumer needs, to drive the Chips Ahoy! and LU brands to become the number one in the cookie category.
*Collaborate closely with MKT and other functional team to quickly handle complex projects and challenges, identify and manage risks, ensure project delivery, and expedite new product launches.
*Stay informed about and rapidly apply internal and external new technologies to growth products development.
2. Execution of CA! and LU Brand's Project and Technology Pipeline
*As a key member of the Cookie team, work with the line manager and MKT to provide clear perspectives and influence the projects for the Chips Ahoy! and LU brands.
*Gain a strong understanding of local consumer with future-back thinking, determine the technical approach to build the cookie technology pipeline .
*Work with RDQ cross-functional teams to execute the technological development roadmap. Develop and gain in-depth knowledge of existing and new technologies within the network and implement them as necessary.
3. Productivity Project Leadership & Execution
*Develop and implement reform pipeline for Chips Ahoy! to save the cost annually, based on consumer needs and technical strategies.
*Lead cost-saving projects to achieve annual savings target.
*Analyze experimental results, identify and evaluate process risks, and communicate with the team.
1.Bachelor or above degrees in food science or engineering
2. 8 years+ work experience in large multinational food companies required
3. Ability to manage multiple stakeholders
4. Strong local cultural background
5. Strong Multi-projects management and strategies development background is preferred
