Overall purpose of job:
Under the guidance of government laws and company compliance policies, gain deep customer insights, support KA hospital access, and improve patient accessibility.
Essential duties and responsibilities:
· Develop and follow up on KA hospital access strategies
· Manage access and safety operation processes in KA hospitals for strategic products to improve access efficiency and enhance patient accessibility
· Predict policy trends related to hospital access and safety operations in advance based on national and provincial policies within the jurisdiction
· Implement compliant projects and build long-term partnerships
· Monitor market dynamics and expand access opportunities
· Conduct KA hospital access data analysis
· Facilitate cross-departmental communication and improve access processes
· Team management and coaching
Special requirements:
Over 10 years of experience in market access or KA management in the pharmaceutical industry

Job Requirements
Essential knowledge and skills:
• Bachelor’s degree or above; master’s degree preferred. MBA, Public Health, Clinical Medicine, or Pharmacy majors are highly preferred.
• At least 10 years of managerial experience in multinational pharmaceutical companies; background in business management is a plus.
• Proactive, able to work under pressure, with strong self-awareness and high internal drive.
• Strong organizational leadership skills, including cross-departmental integration, collaboration, coordination, and communication.
• Excellent team leadership capabilities.
