SALARY RANGE : RM 4,500 - RM 6,000

A DAY IN A LIFE

As a start up, you can expect your days to be pretty varied. Multitasking is normal, and sometimes, your skills or natural talents will be leveraged to support other business priorities. That said, the bulk of your working hours should involve you having to:

  • Executes and optimizes seasonal fleet route network, ensuring synergy and interdependency with AirAsia’s belly cargo network while maximizing aircraft and fleet utilization

  • Monitors freighter fleet’s service level and dispatch reliability as operated by the Airline Group and identifies and provides recommendations to improve SLA shortcomings, if any

  • Coordinate with Group and Airline Engineering on identifying potential aircraft maintenance-related disruptions and develop preemptive solutions to ensure highest level of business continuity

  • Coordinate with AirAsia Group Scheduling and Group Regulatory in ensuring the application and procurement of all necessary slots and permits in a timely manner for smooth freighter operations

  • Reviews and executes both scheduled and adhoc freighter network-related changes in response to operational variances ie. AOG events and other operational roadblocks

  • Serve as Project Management Office (PMO) for all freighters’ induction and entry into service, delivering timely operational deployment with respect to commercial considerations and network/regulatory approvals

  • Develop the necessary process flow for Teleport freighter fleet’s business continuity plan, including emergency response with all stakeholders, activation of contingency schedules and required change management

SKILLS

These are minimum-requirement skills and a ‘must-have’ for the role: (If any, otherwise you can skip)

  • Knowledge of airlines industry

  • Understanding of aircraft scheduling and slots, basic maintenance comprehension

  • Effective communication skills

  • Flexibility with work schedules.
