What to expect in this role

We are seeking a Senior Connex Mainframe Engineer with expertise in HPE NonStop to join our innovative team. In this role, you will play a key role in designing, implementing, and maintaining our mainframe systems to ensure optimal performance and reliability. This is an exciting opportunity to work with cutting-edge technology and contribute to the success of our organization.

• Design, implement, and maintain mainframe systems running on HPE NonStop platforms.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and develop technical solutions that meet business needs.

• Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure continuous operation and minimal downtime.

• Implement security best practices to protect sensitive data and comply with regulatory requirements.

• Stay updated on emerging technologies and industry trends related to mainframe systems and HPE NonStop platforms.

Qualifications and Tech Proficiency

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.

• 5+ years of experience in mainframe engineering, with expertise in HPE NonStop systems.

• Strong knowledge of Connex software and its integration with HPE NonStop platforms.

• Experience with system monitoring, performance tuning, and troubleshooting.

• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

• Certifications in HPE NonStop systems or related technologies are a plus.
