Summary: As an Application Developer, you will design, build, and configure applications to meet business process and application requirements. You will be responsible for ensuring the seamless operation of applications to enhance business efficiency and productivity. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work-related problems. - Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions. - Develop and customize Salesforce Service Cloud applications to meet specific business needs. - Implement and maintain Salesforce Sales Cloud, Experience Cloud, and Lightning Web Components. - Provide technical support and troubleshooting for application issues. - Stay updated on Salesforce platform updates and best practices. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Salesforce Service Cloud, Salesforce Sales Cloud, Salesforce Experience Cloud, Salesforce Lightning Web Components. - Strong understanding of Salesforce platform architecture and customization. - Experience in Salesforce integration with third-party systems. - Knowledge of Apex programming language and Visualforce pages. - Hands-on experience in Salesforce configuration, customization, and development. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in Salesforce Service Cloud. - This position is based at our Nagpur office. - A 15 years full-time education is required.
