Summary:
As an Application Designer, your day typically involves collaborating closely with various stakeholders to understand and clarify business needs. You will spend time analyzing these requirements and translating them into detailed application designs that align with organizational goals. Your role includes continuous engagement in refining processes and ensuring that the applications developed effectively support business operations. You will also participate in discussions to explore innovative solutions and contribute to the overall improvement of application functionality and user experience.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and validate application requirements.
- Document and communicate design specifications clearly to development teams.
- Support testing and validation of application designs to ensure alignment with business needs.
- Assist junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance on application design principles.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Oracle Procurement Cloud.
- Strong understanding of business process analysis and application design methodologies.
- Experience with requirement gathering and translating business needs into technical specifications.
- Familiarity with cloud-based procurement solutions and their integration within enterprise environments.
- Ability to communicate complex technical concepts effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Skilled in collaborating within multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality application designs.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Oracle Procurement Cloud.
- This position is based at our Bhubaneswar office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
