We are seeking a talented individual to join our team at Marsh. This role will be based in Dallas, TX. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office.
This role supports lead advisory colleagues on construction and wrap-up accounts by understanding clients’ strategic priorities, risk strategies, and management needs to deliver tailored solutions. Acts as the primary day-to-day contact, building strong client relationships while managing accounts and coordinating with internal teams and insurers to ensure seamless service delivery and business growth through cross-selling.
We will count on you to:
Support advisory colleagues on construction/wrap-up books of business by understanding clients’ strategic priorities, risk strategies, and management needs to effectively serve them.
Utilize risk expertise and industry knowledge to review client exposures and loss experience, developing tailored solutions for standard client requirements.
Assist in client presentations and propose innovative solutions to attract new clients and projects, contributing to business growth.
Build and maintain strong client relationships, acting as the primary day-to-day contact and trusted business advisor.
Manage an account load, coordinating with Service Offices, Client Executives, Risk Practices, and clients to ensure seamless service delivery and alignment with Marsh’s resources.
Partner with Risk Practices on business placement, interact with insurers to secure proper documentation, and support account retention and growth through cross-selling.
Maintain high quality in all client deliverables, including monitoring service delivery and invoicing to ensure client satisfaction.
Stay informed on changing market conditions and actively contribute to the firm’s knowledge base through internal communication within the product line.
What you need to have:
3+ years of insurance industry experience, including a minimum of 1 year in construction/wrap-up
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
P&C license required or ability to obtain within 90 days of hire
