Job Description:
We are seeking a hands-on and experienced SAP Treasury Consultant to support a major SAP transformation program. This role will focus on Treasury operations, including cash management, bank accounting, and financial risk management. The ideal candidate will work closely with business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure accurate configuration, seamless integration, and successful implementation of Treasury processes within SAP. This position requires strong expertise in SAP Treasury modules and the ability to deliver high-quality solutions in a dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Configure SAP Treasury modules, including Cash Management, Bank Accounting, and Payment Processing, to meet business requirements.
Conduct workshops with business stakeholders to gather requirements, perform process mapping, and translate them into SAP solutions.
Support the setup and configuration of liquidity forecasting, cash positioning, and bank statement processing.
Ensure seamless integration of Treasury functions with SAP FI (Financial Accounting), FM (Funds Management), and other relevant modules.
Prepare functional specifications and collaborate with technical teams for custom developments and enhancements, as needed.
Assist in data migration activities for Treasury master data and transactional data, ensuring data accuracy and consistency.
Support unit testing, integration testing, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities to ensure system readiness and successful implementation.
Identify and resolve functional issues during implementation and post-go-live support phases.
Promote best practices and standardization within Treasury processes in SAP to enhance efficiency and compliance.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure end-to-end process integration and alignment.
Qualifications and Requirements:
Experience:
4-6 years of experience in SAP Treasury, with hands-on expertise in Cash Management, Bank Accounting, and Payment Processing.
Proven experience in SAP S/4HANA Treasury is highly desirable.
Experience in supporting SAP implementation or transformation projects.
Technical Skills:
Strong knowledge of SAP Treasury modules, including configuration of Cash Management, Bank Accounting, and Payment Processing.
Familiarity with integration points between Treasury and other SAP modules such as FI, FM, and CO.
Experience in preparing functional specifications for custom developments and enhancements.
Proficiency in SAP tools and technologies, including SAP Fiori and SAP Solution Manager.
Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills:
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve functional issues effectively.
Experience in process mapping, gap analysis, and designing solutions to meet business requirements.
Communication and Collaboration Skills:
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with business stakeholders and technical teams.
Strong collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams and ensure seamless process integration.
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Technology, or a related field.
SAP certifications in Treasury or related areas are a plus.
