Credit Fleet Analyst JR-2
Job Summary
The Fleet Analyst – Junior Manager is responsible for supporting credit operations by preparing credit files, conducting financial analysis, and ensuring the accuracy and completeness of documentation. This role plays a key part in evaluating customer creditworthiness, supporting leasing processes, and ensuring compliance with corporate and local credit policies.
The position requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and close collaboration with internal stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate credit decisions.
Key Responsibilities
1. Credit File Preparation
- Prepare and maintain complete and accurate credit files.
- Research and gather relevant information on companies and individuals.
- Ensure all required documentation is properly collected and validated.
- Verify correct entry of business segment and transaction details.
2. Financial Analysis
- Perform financial statement spreading and analysis to assess creditworthiness.
- Evaluate borrower exposure and perform aggregations when needed.
- Identify and resolve red flags, including SDN/OFAC alerts.
. Third-Party Leasing & Documentation
- Manage UCC filings, lease audits, and documentation processes.
- Submit required documents to legal and audit teams.
- Handle subordination agreements and leasing-related reviews.
5. Portfolio Monitoring
- Conduct annual reviews for facilities with exposure exceeding 1MM EUR.
- Coordinate with markets for approvals aligned with the Letter of Authority (LOA).
6. Payment Research
- Investigate and resolve payment discrepancies in collaboration with internal teams.
7. Used Vehicle Valuation
- Support used truck valuations using internal and external tools.
- Ensure valuations are aligned with approved guidelines.
8. Compliance
- Ensure adherence to corporate and local credit policies and procedures.
Decision-Making Responsibilities
- Make independent decisions based on established credit policies and procedures.
- Evaluate incoming requests for completeness and compliance.
- Assess risk levels and escalate issues when necessary.
Key Stakeholder Interaction
- Internal Teams: Provide timely and accurate support for customer, dealer, and vendor needs.
- Management: Escalate risks and critical issues.
- Business/Market Teams: Ensure alignment on credit decisions and documentation.
Qualifications
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.
Skills & Competencies
- Strong analytical and financial evaluation skills.
- Advanced English proficiency (written and verbal).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
Experience
- Previous experience in credit analysis, financial analysis, or related fields is preferred but not required.
