Our sales span the mining and construction industries, serving a diverse customer base from large multinational companies to small and medium-sized enterprises, including both end-customers and dealerships. About this opportunity
We are looking for a Warehouse Operator to join our dynamic team within the Parts & Services Division. You will build and grow our day-to-day operations from our warehouse near Schiphol airport. You will also create future ways of working by understanding and optimizing all necessary processes to fulfill customer orders efficiently. As an active member of the team, you will collaborate with other parts of the organization. In this role, you will report to the Operations Lead, and the position will be based in Nieuw-Vennep, Netherlands.
 

What you will do

• Create, run, and improve logistics processes
• Receive, inspect, and unpack incoming shipments
• Pick, pack, and prepare orders for outbound shipping
• Organize and maintain warehouse inventory to ensure easy access and accuracy
• Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and electric stacker
• Perform quality checks to ensure items are in good condition before shipping
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment, following safety guidelines
• Assist in inventory counts and reporting stock levels
• Track and trace shipments through various logistic tracking sites
• Collaborate with team members and supervisor to meet daily operational goals

You will bring

• Previous warehouse or logistics experience is required
• Ability to lift and carry heavy objects (up to 20kg)
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Basic computer skills for inventory tracking
• Ability to work in a team and follow instructions. Market-oriented, proactive, and creative in providing solutions
• Pride in creating a hassle-free customer experience
• Proficient in English
