Your opportunity

At Scandit, we pride ourselves on the level of demo experience we offer. The demo experience involves being an expert in our product offerings, providing our sales team with up-to-date and new demos, and managing our demo presence at tradeshows to showcase our data capture and AR software effectively. This makes the role a critical part of our success. 

We are seeking a dynamic and highly organized Demo Experience Coordinator to join the Product Marketing team. If you excel at managing projects, getting things done, quickly learning technical concepts, and have a good visual sense, this role might be for you.

What you will do

• End-to-End Project Management: Oversee the creation of the Scandit demo experience from concept through execution.
• Demo Apps: Set up and test apps to ensure they are ready for our tradeshows and product videos.
• Graphics Delivery & Props Sourcing: Brief the design agency and manage the delivery of demo visuals. Source and test demo props. 
• Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with our Product Management, Industry Solutions, Product Marketing, Event, Brand, and Video teams to help define and deliver compelling demo experiences.
• Demo Enablement: Coordinate and support the training and enablement of the sales team.

Who we look for

• Demonstrated ability to manage projects effectively from start to finish.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience.
• Highly organized, structured, and capable of working independently.
• Practical problem-solving skills with a "get the job done" mindset.
• Ability to learn technical concepts quickly and use software tools.
• Strong visual sense and attention to detail.
• Thrives on collaboration and enjoys working with colleagues to achieve common goals.
• Not afraid to get hands-on with technology and software and are willing to learn about how our products and their demos work.
• Solid oral and written English skills.
