What you’ll do at Elekta

We are seeking a Business Operations Manager for our Business Line Neuro Solutions. This role will be driving productivity, operational excellence, and strategic alignment across the Neuro business line and other stakeholders. This position leads initiatives focused on efficiency, standardization, and commercial performance, working closely with cross functional teams to support the long-term success of the business. This role will be reporting to Head of Finance Neuro Solutions and the location will be in Stockholm city.

The responsibilities are

• Oversee day-to-day Commercial Operations to ensure efficient and streamlined processes. 

• Analyze current processes and develop solutions that improve efficiency, scalability, and standardization 

• Identify operational challenges within the commercial organization and provide data driven recommendations for improvement. 

• Prepare polished presentations and identify key takeaways.  

• Ensure efficient and effective use of resources to maximize productivity and profitability.  

• Lead performance reporting, dashboards, and insights to support commercial decision making. 

• Manage cross functional projects from planning through execution. 

• Support leadership with strategic planning, business reviews, and operational insights. 

Relevant knowledge, skills and competencies:

• University degree in business, finance, or related field.  

• Experience: 3-5 years in a Medtech or consulting firm, or equivalent experience in Business operations, Business Intelligence or Finance.  

• Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills. 

• Excellent communication and visualization skills for senior stakeholders. 

• Proficient in using business software and tools, such as Microsoft Office, and CRM systems.  

• Knowledge of financial and budgeting principles.  

• Demonstrated ability to drive results and achieve business targets.

• Collaborative team player. 

• High energy and ability to balance multiple priorities. 

• Proactive and solution oriented.
