Your responsibilities:
You will demonstrate a strong commitment towards health and safety standards and guidelines, management systems and procedures.
You will communicate health and safety initiatives, processes, and procedures throughout the organization to ensure all persons have a common and uniform understanding and monitor compliance of health and safety requirements and handling non-conformance issues according to relevant procedures.
You will assist and guide all levels of management, supervisors, and employees on-site to implement incident prevention activities plus where necessary provide an interface to Contractors/Clients.
You will roll-out, where necessary, initiate and maintain quality input of a health and safety management system.
You will carry out safety audits, investigate incidents and root causes, introduce, and supervise corrective actions.
You will ensure appropriate HSE equipment and tools are available and used on site, identify, plans and initiate training needs for employees, site managers and contractors and provide HSE related trainings and presentation to different stakeholders e.g., HSE Webinar, Townhall Meetings etc.

Your background:
You hold bachelor's degree.
You will be understanding of health and safety in project/customer sites and the role a safety system plays in managing the overall risk profile of a site, pragmatic, action- and result-oriented.
Practical “hands-on” experience in developing and managing safety systems with the ability to dig into site-specific details and develop solutions to complex safety issues.
Ability to build trust with various stakeholders at all levels of management and take actions, make decisions, overcome problems by yourself.
Good understanding of change management principles, working experience in Safety-related positions.
Solutions-oriented personality with a strong engagement and knowledge of and belief in the 5 HOP principals.
Strong decision making and solution finding skills, ability and willingness to travel up to 20% of the time, potentially on short notice.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
