Job Requirements:

• Develops automation that supports two-factor authentication and secure data processing
• Integrate with 3rd party systems to support bi-directional data transactions
• Analyzes RPA performance and recommends improvements
• Monitors data quality and cleans data as needed
• Documents RPA package functionality and provides end user training
• Provides support and troubleshooting of technical issues
• Leads the gathering of business requirements and prototyping business solutions

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, or related area
• Must have experience building and deploying three or more RPA bots
• Minimum of three years’ experience with software development
• Must have experience with distributed team development and excellent collaborative skills
• Strong written & verbal communication skills
