About the Role
We are looking for a structured and detail-oriented Tender Support Specialist to support Business Units and Sales teams across the full tender lifecycle for both public and private sector opportunities.
This role acts as a key coordination and advisory point between commercial, operational, finance, legal, and compliance teams to ensure tender activities are delivered efficiently, accurately, and within deadlines. The successful candidate will help improve process governance, reduce operational risks, and support profitability optimization across tender activities.
What You’ll Do
Support Business Units and Sales teams throughout the end-to-end tender process.
Coordinate stakeholders and monitor tender timelines to ensure deadlines are met.
Maintain visibility of tender progress, risks, and critical actions.
Support profitability and pricing analysis in collaboration with Finance and Profit teams.
Provide guidance on margin analysis tools and tender-related financial considerations.
Support the completion and review of tender documentation and questionnaires.
Assist with customer/vendor portals and e-procurement platforms.
Review Terms & Conditions, SLAs, and penalty clauses, escalating concerns to Legal or Compliance when required.
Ensure alignment between commercial proposals, tender requirements, and internal policies.
Facilitate communication across Sales, Marketing, Operations, Finance, and Compliance teams.
Manage and maintain centralized repositories, templates, procedures, and documentation within Microsoft Teams.
Promote standardization, best practices, and adoption of tender management tools and processes.
Provide internal guidance and training on tender-related procedures, tools, and best practices.
What We’re Looking For
Experience supporting public and/or private tender processes within an IT or technology environment.
Understanding of tender lifecycle management and commercial coordination.
Basic knowledge of financial analysis, pricing, and margin evaluation.
Ability to review and interpret contractual and operational documentation.
Experience working with e-procurement platforms and operational tools.
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Teams.
Strong organizational and stakeholder management skills.
Structured communication style with strong attention to detail.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and work within tight deadlines.
Proactive mindset with a collaborative and advisory approach.
Good English communication skills, both written and spoken.
