What would you do? We help clients address quality and productivity issues, keep pace with customer expectations, navigate regulatory and operational pressures and ensure business sustainability by transforming their banking operations into an agile, resilient operating model.
Commercial Banking Operations involve the day-to-day activities that support the functioning of a commercial bank. This includes processing transactions, managing accounts, handling customer inquiries, and ensuring compliance with regulations. The goal is to provide efficient and reliable banking services to businesses. These operations are essential for maintaining smooth and secure financial transactions. They also help in building and maintaining customer relationships.
Develop and deliver core banking solutions for the applications that process the essential functions of banks, including account management, interest calculations, cash deposits and withdrawals processing, customer management and product management.
What are we looking for? •Service Delivery (Quality and TAT SLAs)
•Process Management (Improving efficiency, ensuring statutory and internal compliance, Ensure compliance to contractual agreements, internal controls, Information security and Compliance audits. Assists and guides the team in processing their assignments in an accurate, timely and organized manner
•People Management (improving team competency, reducing criticality, performance management and containing attrition) and
•Financial Performance (maintaining capacity utilization and contribute towards cost savings).

Roles and Responsibilities: •In this role you are required to do analysis and solving of increasingly complex problems
