Position Responsibilities will Include:
- Execute strategic pieces of tactical marketing campaigns cross-platform to support short- and long-term business objectives, including the creation of landing pages, social media posts, promotional videos, etc.
- Support ongoing “evergreen” marketing initiatives, including localization, social media operation and content marketing strategies
- Monitor the impact and effectiveness of various marketing efforts
- Support local marketing campaign events and university program
Position Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree, major in digital marketing is preferred; MBA is a plus.
- Based in Shanghai
- Working knowledge of digital marketing tactics and skills (social media marketing, email marketing, SEO, content marketing, etc.)
- Working knowledge of digital analytics and comfort with reading and interpreting standard reports
- Experience in MS Office, basic knowledge of graphic/video creation tools or ability to learn
- Familiarity with common platforms a plus (WeChat, Bilibili, Zhihu etc.)
- Proven ability to communicate and collaborate effectively across teams
- Creative and resourceful problem solver with a strong attention to detail
- Language proficiency and fluency in English is required
