Hitachi energy early talent engineering program aims to jumpstart your career with a truly unique journey that will take you across 6 months long, varied assignments focused on projects that broaden your skillset. While you are a full-time, permanent member of our team, each assignment will be within a different segment of our business and will provide deep, experiential learning opportunities within different engineering segments. Along the way, we will provide you with continuous career support through a career development curriculum and coaching. You will also benefit from exposure to executives and building a global network with other graduates. Your responsibilities
You will work on real world projects with 3-4 teams of experienced professionals over a maximum of 2 years.
You will understand the relevant business or product line within your rotation.
You will successfully complete engaging projects within the rotation timeframe.
You will develop technical expertise in your chosen fields.
You will develop technical professional, and leadership skills through structured learning with supervisors.
You will establish a peer network with participants from all graduate program locations.

Your background
You hold master’s degree in electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, computer science, energy systems engineering, or a related field.
You have maximum two years of work experience.
Self development orientation and desire to learn new things willingness to create and improve solutions and process.
Strong analytical skills and ability to proactively identify and solve problems thinking outside the box.
Empathic team players with leadership potential.
Capable of quickly adapting to diverse groups and situations.
Performing well in first time situations or with limited resources.
Willingness to assume responsibility and initiative.
Fluent in English and French both written and spoken.
