Job responsibilities:

• Control of booking input to avoid over booked or insufficient of limo supply.

• Predict the demand to limo service & react accordingly to look for outsourced support.

• Ensure all booking input channels are smooth as well to minimize the duration of occupying the phone lines.

• Monitor driver's movement to ensure limo turn-over is speedy & efficient.

• Coordinate with outsourced vendor to ensure driver deployment is smooth & efficient.

Job requirements:

• 2 years’ experience in similar capacity in a 5 star luxury Hotel, Resort or Casino environment

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Fluent in Cantonese, Mandarin and English

• Possess knowledge of Microsoft Office and HotSOS
