• Provide technical support for AR coating to solve the major problems rising in production on time. Ensure the trainer/Trouble shooter/ supervisors receive enough help when they need

• Coordinates all process and product change as needed. Qualify and validate any new process/ equipment/ products.

• Ensure all process documents prepared and keep updated in time.

• Monitoring the process implemented correctly as required. Rectify any wrong operation and process. Stabilization the process conditions

• Keep improving process to achieve higher yield and production efficiency. And update the relevant document on time

• Assist production people to improve the manufacturing environment and cost down

• Ensure technical operation and documents implemented well to production

• Investigate the coating defect causes and work out the best solution. Dig out the root cause and get relevant staff informed/ trained

• Regularly conducts assessments for existing process/equipment in AR area

• Assist other process engineers to implement the process Test when they need

• Work with AR team in CZV group, develop vacuum coating technology

• Organize and fix the equipment problems in these areas, to minimize the break down time.

• Participate in or manage the projects in AR expansion, new equipment installation, facility modification to reach the target as expected.

• Maintain up to date information of practices and improvements in process and program.
