About the Role
The Continuing Care Team provides specialised treatment and ongoing support throughout the week during business hours. Employing the Strengths Model of Recovery-Oriented Practice, the multidisciplinary team delivers tailored clinical and therapeutic interventions to meet the specific needs of individuals with serious mental illnesses.

Classifications for this position will range from Registered Psychiatric Nurse Grade 3 NP83 - NP74 ($108,435 - $112,091 per annum pro rata)
Your Contribution
A minimum of at least 2 years post qualification clinical experience
Relevant postgraduate qualification in mental health for nursing staff
A comprehensive understanding and working knowledge of the Mental Health & Wellbeing Act 2022 .
Highly developed interpersonal and communication skills, including problem solving ability and conflict resolution skills, as well as sound oral and writing skills.
Ability to work autonomously and professionally, representing STV's at all times
Receiving clinical supervision
Full Victorian Drivers license
Current National Criminal History Check, or willing to obtain
