You will perform detailed finance work, transactions and data structuring under the guidance of the Finance Manager. You will collect data, be responsible for maintaining information integrity, monitor reconciliations and conduct basic checks and controls.

How you will contribute

You will:

  • Execute aspects of finance planning and performance management process and related financial decisions potentially including Annual Contract planning/forecasting, target development, financial performance reporting/analysis, financial modeling and decision support for a focused scope within a region, business unit, country, Supply Chain, Mondelēz International Business Services or Corporate Finance team. You will also execute data collection and data integrity checks
  • Contribute to a strong controls and compliance environment in area of scope and ensure full compliance with our policies
  • Execute ad hoc analyses and projects as requested by the Senior Finance Manager (or Director)
  • Support projects to improve efficiencies and improvements to ways of working and embrace a mindset of continuous improvement
  • Contribute to a high-performing Finance team. You will also invest in personal development and the development of your Finance peers

More about this role

What you need to know about this position:

  • You will be part of a newly established area responsible for 13 countries (Chile, Andean Region, Central America, and Caribbean markets).
  • You will be involved in the diagnosis of processes (currently driven by manual tasks) to identify opportunities for process standardization and digital transformation to be implemented in a second phase.
  • You will actively support and participate in leading the transformation project (including strategy and execution) for both digital and non-digital projects.
  • You will drive the transformation process by developing governance structures, commercial terms, trade investment payments, gross-to-net accounting and reconciliation, controls (SOX, revenue and processes), contract management, process documentation, change management, and developing policies and procedures.
  • You will connect the dots related to your financial training with finance-related processes focused on transformation.
  • You will support local and corporate audits.
  • You will conduct reports/analyses, financial modeling, and provide decision support for the executive team.
  • You will be responsible for the comprehensive execution of sales control.

More information about this position:

  • Experience in Finance roles such as FP&A, Commercial Finance, or Controllership.
  • Accounting Fundamentals: Intermediate level.
  • Excel: Advanced level.
  • English: Bilingual, C1 level.
  • Experience in transformation/change projects.
  • Power BI/Tableau: Intermediate - Design and implementation.
  • Python, Stata, SQL, R: Desired.
  • SAP Knowledge: Desired.
  • Trade Spend Knowledge: Desired
