As one of our Operations Command Center (OCC) Analysts you will work in a dynamic and challenging environment, ensuring the operational stability of Capital Group’s IT systems.  Under general supervision you will be responsible for providing direct oversight of Capital Group Companies’ (CGCs) 24x7 Global Production Business Processing Environment.  You will assist as a central point of contact between technology and business operations and engage with application and infrastructure teams to support event and incident management for CGC’s critical production operations. 

You will take part in incident resolution and outage communication as well as gain insight into the operations of teams and technologies critical to our business. 

This position requires working shifts as part of a 24x7 team. OCC associates enjoy working a 4x10 schedule and have found ways to achieve balance at the various stages of life and career.

San Antonio Base Salary Range: $69,072-$110,515

In addition to a highly competitive base salary, per plan guidelines, restrictions and vesting requirements, you also will be eligible for an individual annual performance bonus, plus Capital’s annual profitability bonus plus a retirement plan where Capital contributes 15% of your eligible earnings.
