Title: 2026 Bold Beginners - Account Management Intern

Location: NYC/NJ Hybrid

Department/Discipline: Account Services

Overview:

Account Management Interns will collaborate with cross-functional teams to shadow and contribute to initiatives through engaging, meaningful work assignments. The intern will have a hands-on learning experience that will help develop a strong foundation in healthcare advertising. The Account Intern will act as an internal day-to-day contact for tasks related to workflow and process for digital and print projects. This role will enable you to learn what it takes to execute a job from start to finish and how to communicate effectively with cross- functional partners. Through extensive learning opportunities, varied disciplinary exposures and team-based projects, you will prepare for a career in healthcare communications.

Job Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate across agency departments and clients to shape messages and deliver brand needs.
  • Build a working knowledge of the client’s business and organization.
  • Learn the workflow of the agency process, from the client problem/need to the actual end-product.
  • Become an expert at writing status reports and tracking job orders.
  • Attend client and/or production meetings to see client support in action.
  • Put your finance skills to the test by developing budgets and estimates.
  • Learn the ins and outs of a creative brief and support client strategy.
  • Develop a strong understanding of the internal routing processes to effectively trafffic projects through their life cycle 

Qualifications:

  • Minimum Experience: 0+ years
  • Area of Expertise: Coursework related to advertising/marketing, and/or healthcare
  • Rising sophomores, juniors, seniors, & recent graduates are encouraged to apply 

Competencies:

  • Strong written & verbal communication skills required
  • Possesses solid presentatioin skills 
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, Powerpoint)

The range below represents the low and high end of the base salary someone in this role may earn as an employee of an Omnicom Health company in the United States.   Salaries will vary based on various factors including but not limited to professional and academic experience, training, associated responsibilities, and other business and organizational needs. The range listed is just one component of our total compensation package for employees. Salary decisions are dependent on the circumstances of each hire. 

  • $19 - $20/HR
