About our Team: This team drives complex Data Driven solutions in our Health Care business vertical. This team is entrusted with making sure HealthCare Data is stood up properly and available to our customers.

About the Role: As a transformational leader, you will drive our Customer Data Insights suite of products. In this critical leadership role, you will lead multiple development squads as we drive cutting-edge Data driven solutions for our customers.

Responsibilities:

  • Providing ongoing strong technical leadership where you will champion an Agile culture, advocate for scrum agile, and ensure code quality best practices.
  • Building and leading highly collaborative, cross-functional, and agile world-class development teams. You will have approximately 20 direct reports.
  • Delivering high-quality software capabilities to your internal partners in a timely and predictable cadence.
  • Leading technical discussions and promoting well-architected solutions.
  • Ensuring that a solid engineering approach is followed in the development of products within your area of responsibility.
  • Promoting best agile practices as appropriate and ensuring teams become self-sufficient in planning and conducting agile ceremonies.

Requirements: 

  • Possess extensive developing skills and be able to resolve technology issues presented by your team.
  • Have a well-defined people leadership style with expertise as a transformational supportive leader.
  • Possess a collaborative, understanding and caring approach to leadership
  • Experience of setting up software development capabilities and driving those initiatives.
  • Possess a proven track record working with high-performance, high-reliability solutions and tools
  • Experience of and commitment to staff performance management schemes.
  • Ability to report progress concisely and accurately to technical leadership and escalate critical needs upon customer demand.
