Summary: As an Application Developer, you will design, build, and configure applications to meet business process and application requirements. A typical day involves collaborating with team members to understand project goals, engaging in discussions to brainstorm solutions, and actively participating in the development process to ensure that applications are aligned with business needs and technical specifications. You will also be responsible for testing and refining applications to enhance functionality and user experience, ensuring that the final product meets the highest standards of quality and performance. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Assist in the documentation of application requirements and specifications. - Engage in continuous learning to stay updated with industry trends and best practices. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Agile Project Management. - Strong understanding of project lifecycle methodologies. - Experience in facilitating agile ceremonies such as sprint planning and retrospectives. - Ability to manage project timelines and deliverables effectively. - Familiarity with tools for project tracking and collaboration. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Agile Project Management. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
