Summary:
As a Business Architect, a typical day involves evaluating existing business processes to uncover opportunities that can enhance value for the organization. This role requires gathering and understanding high-level requirements from various stakeholders and shaping these insights into comprehensive business solutions. The Business Architect plays a crucial part in bridging the gap between business needs and technology by designing effective operating models. Additionally, the role supports organizational transformation by preparing detailed business cases and steering the execution of significant initiatives, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and fostering continuous improvement.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of business strategies and technology solutions.
- Assist in the development and refinement of business processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
- Support junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance on best practices.
- Monitor project progress and provide feedback to ensure deliverables meet business objectives.

- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP Ariba.
- Strong analytical skills to assess business processes and identify improvement opportunities.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Ability to develop comprehensive business cases and support strategic decision-making.
- Experience in designing and implementing operating models that align with organizational goals.
- Capability to work collaboratively within diverse teams and contribute to a positive work environment.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in SAP Ariba.
- This position is based at our Jaipur office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
