Veritas’ Worldwide Sales and Marketing team propels company growth by driving all aspects of sales and marketing, including direct and channel sales, global sales enablement and all marketing functions.

As a member of Veritas Renewal Organization, the Renewal Sales Representative will have an overall responsibility for generating renewal revenue in a defined territory.

Responsibilities:

  • Retain renewals and achieve individual target and goals

  • Create urgency and follow Veritas policies and procedures accurately

  • Identify and communicate risk within the business

  • Collaborate with various organizations both internal and external including Veritas Partners, Distributors, numerous departments within Veritas

  • Ensuring customer satisfaction and support issues are escalated to the appropriate department

  • Accurately forecast business and updating CRM

  • Conduct business reviews and risks assessments within your accounts and working with all relevant party members

  • Team player and able to adjust to change within the company strategies

Experience:

  • 3+ years covering one or more of the Veritas 360 Data Management Specializations

  • Current knowledge of competitive solutions and selling strategies

  • Collaborative spirit and excellent written/verbal communicator

  • Proficiency in English and a secondary language such as Bahasa Malaysia will be advantageous
