We are seeking a dedicated and dynamic individual to join our team as the Angels Initiative RES-Q Liaison. In this role, you will be the key link between the Angels and Res-Q teams, ensuring smooth communication and collaboration. Your work will directly contribute to improving stroke care quality globally.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the primary liaison between the Angels team and the Res-Q team.
  • Maintain and enhance the partnership relationship between Angels and Res-Q.
  • Translate field requirements from the Angels team into actionable tasks for the Res-Q development team.
  • Assist the Res-Q team in the deployment of solutions addressing the needs of the Angels team.
  • Provide the Angels team with tools to improve consultancy through data-driven decision-making.
  • Support the implementation of quality monitoring via the RES-Q registry.
  • Assist in the ongoing usage and implementation of ESO/WSO awards and EMS Angels awards.
  • Provide comprehensive support to the Angels team by addressing any questions, issues, or requests related to Res-Q. Additionally, ensure continuous training for the Angels team on the registry (Res-Q) and emphasize the importance of quality monitoring.
  • Contribute to the development of quality certifications.
  • Participate in the planning and management of an international registry for monitoring stroke care quality, endorsed by both the European Stroke Organization and the World Stroke Organization.
  • Collaborate with stroke researchers and clinicians to enhance data capture and provide actionable analysis for quality improvement initiatives.
  • Act as the Angels Initiative first point of contact for all registry communications, working closely with the RES-Q leadership team and technical team lead to implement registry improvements.
  • Provide scientific expertise and leadership in registry design, data analytics, and results publication to improve the usability and acceptance of registry data.

Required Qualifications and Skills:

  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in translating field requirements into actionable development tasks.
  • Demonstrated experience in partnership management and relationship building.
  • Strong analytical skills with a focus on data-driven decision-making.
  • Familiarity with quality monitoring and certification processes.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Expertise in registry design, data analytics, and scientific publication.
  • High motivation with strong interpersonal and stakeholder engagement.
  • Flexible, solution-oriented with problem-solving skills.
  • Accountability and ownership in tasks and projects.
  • Resilient and able to operate effectively in fast-paced environments.
  • Experience in the healthcare environment working with HCOs & HCPs will be beneficial.
  • Actively seeks opportunities to improve processes and outcomes.

Educational Requirements:

  • PhD in Neuroscience is preferred.

Additional Requirements:

  • Willingness to travel internationally
  • Advanced level of English and another language is preferred.
