THE JOB
At VEG, we find a way to say YES - to our customers, our hospitals, and to each other. The Senior Director of Workforce Planning & Analytics plays a critical role in bringing that spirit to life. This leader will shape how we deploy one of our most important assets: our people (aka our VEGgies). You will build and refine the labor models that power our hospitals, deliver the reporting and insights our leaders rely on, and drive the automation that helps our teams stay focused on helping people & their pets.
Reporting to the SVP of Operations, you’ll oversee workforce planning, labor forecasting, field reporting, and scheduling automation across VEG’s multi-unit footprint. You’ll join a mission-driven, fast-growing organization where workforce planning is still early in its evolution, meaning you will have the unique opportunity to accelerate our progress, shape our operating systems, and build tools that make work easier for hospital leaders.
