BASIC FUNCTION AND PURPOSE OF POSITION:
The Associate Director of Admissions, Recruitment & Accelerated Programs serves as a member of the Admissions team and Accelerated Programs leadership team. It will also assists with the development and implementation of operational and strategic initiatives to meet departmental and enrollment goals. This position will extensively emphasize customer service and training, focusing on CRM management, strategy implementation, and student engagement. This position will assist with the supervision of accelerated program, recruitment and admissions staff. Additionally, the part time student services coordinator position will directly report to this position. This position will assist with monitoring key performance metrics (WIGs) weekly, monthly, and yearly. It will work directly with the Director of Recruitment, Admissions, and Accelerated Programs to pivot strategies and ensure staff has the professional development opportunities needed to be successful in their roles.

Provides consistent training on best practices related to case management by segmented student populations (i.e. New First Time, Transfer, Readmit) while leveraging the College’s CRM, technology, and communication tools

Minimum Job Requirements:
1. Bachelor’s degree required with demonstrated experience in managing multiple projects
2. Three years of relevant recruitment, case management, and project management experience in higher education are required.
3. Two years of successful prior demonstrated leadership experience
4. Experience with automated financial aid information or an information management system is required.
5. Proven organizational skills, attention to detail
6. Demonstrated commitment to working on a team, strong work ethic, and excellent customer service and
communication skills required.
Knowledge, Skills, Abilities:
Excellent written and verbal communications; be able to identify or acknowledge departmental needs, research and report viable options, prepare documents, expedite processing, track and verify processes and follow up without direct supervision; ability to set priorities, manage time effectively, handle multiple responsibilities simultaneously, and demonstrate the ability to work with a diverse student population; strong customer service orientation; strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Handle difficult situations and work well under stress.
