技术能力：
具备一定的数据库基础知识，熟悉 SQL 查询语句，能够对常见的数据库问题（如服务器连接失败、查询缓慢等）进行排查和处理。
熟悉至少一种脚本语言（如 Python、Shell）的基本语法，能够编写简单的自动化脚本，如服务器资源监控脚本、日志分析脚本等，提高运维工作效率。
了解APP性能监控工具（如 Splunk、Dynatrace等）的基本使用方法，能够通过监控工具发现APP性能异常并进行初步分析，了解日志分析工具（如 ELK Stack）的基本原理，能够使用日志分析工具查询和分析APP日志信息，协助故障排查。
具备较强的责任心和服务意识，对待运维工作认真负责，注重细节，能够严格遵守运维工作流程和规范，确保运维工作的质量和稳定性，以用户为中心，积极主动地解决用户反馈的问题，提高用户满意度。
具备较强的抗压能力，能够在高压力环境下保持冷静，高效地处理各类运维紧急事件，确保车联网APP的稳定运行。
英语作为工作语言与其他技术团队沟通。

教育背景：本科及以上学历，计算机科学与技术、网络工程、通信工程、信息管理等相关专业。
工作经验：具有2-3年APP运维或相关IT运维工作经验，有车联网行业经验者优先考虑。
