Position Highlights:

  • Location: 3329 75th Street, Woodridge, IL

  • Full Time/Part Time: Full-Time

  • Hours: Monday-Friday. Days with 2 early evening shifts until 7:30pm.

What you will need:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Physical Therapy (if graduated before 2002) OR Master of Science or Doctorate in Physical Therapy (if graduated 2002 - 2014) OR Doctorate in Physical Therapy (if graduated 2015 and after).

  • Current State of Illinois Physical Therapist licensure

  • Current CPR Certification issued by the American Heart Association BLS provider or American Red Cross

  • A valid driver’s license is required if the incumbent is selected to perform related duties at an off site location. If the incumbent uses their personal vehicle, the incumbent must maintain automobile liability coverage as required by law and evidence of such coverage may be requested.

What you will do:

Build and maintain relationships with Endeavor orthopedic physicians. 

Support and grow the orthopedic and sports medicine rehabilitation program. 

Assist with in-house orthopedic educational events.

Partner with leadership on operational and clinical factors to improve patient outcomes.

Provides direct physical therapy services to patients. Demonstrates an appropriate level of clinical skill, as evidenced by the completion of comprehensive and insightful evaluations, and the development of individualized and effective treatment plans designed to achieve precise, functional goals.  Evaluates patient’s physical and functional status and plans and implements therapeutic programs that include prevention, identification, correction and alleviation of acute or prolonged movement dysfunction of an anatomic or physiologic origin. Uses excellent communication skills to educate patients and engage them in their own care.
