Location: Magdalene House, Exeter
Working Hours: Part-time (30 hours)
Contract Type: Permanent
Salary: £31,030 - £41,980

What You’ll Do

  • Lead, motivate, and support a team to consistently deliver high standards of service

  • Monitor team performance, using data and reporting to identify trends and drive improvement

  • Ensure excellent customer service by overseeing the timely and effective handling of enquiries

  • Act as a point of escalation for complex issues, resolving problems efficiently and professionally

  • Communicate clearly and confidently with internal and external stakeholders

  • Support training, coaching, and development to build team capability and engagement

  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within a fast-paced environment

To Succeed in This Role, You’ll Need:

  • Proven experience in a team leadership or supervisory role

  • Strong customer service background with a focus on quality and outcomes

  • Confident working with data and producing clear, accurate reports

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • A proactive problem-solver who thrives on challenge

  • Flexible, adaptable, and resilient under pressure

  • Passionate about motivating others and leading by example

Please note: The salary listed reflects the full earning potential for this role. Starting salaries depend on experience and progression within the band.
