What You’ll Do
Lead, motivate, and support a team to consistently deliver high standards of service
Monitor team performance, using data and reporting to identify trends and drive improvement
Ensure excellent customer service by overseeing the timely and effective handling of enquiries
Act as a point of escalation for complex issues, resolving problems efficiently and professionally
Communicate clearly and confidently with internal and external stakeholders
Support training, coaching, and development to build team capability and engagement
Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within a fast-paced environment
To Succeed in This Role, You’ll Need:
Proven experience in a team leadership or supervisory role
Strong customer service background with a focus on quality and outcomes
Confident working with data and producing clear, accurate reports
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
A proactive problem-solver who thrives on challenge
Flexible, adaptable, and resilient under pressure
Passionate about motivating others and leading by example
