      • Java (Spring Boot, Microservices patterns)
      • .NET / .NET Core services
      • Node.js, Python, and other supported stacks

    • Implement NFR-as-code, including reliability, auditability, alerting, and recoverability features.

    • Build InnerSource accelerators, code templates, and reusable components for rapid app development.

    • Maintain compliance with enterprise architectural standards (e.g., 12-factor, security frameworks).

    2. Framework Upgrades & Governance

    • Engineer automated framework upgrade pipelines and enforce CI/CD gating rules.

    • Partner with Developer Tools & Environments teams to ensure IDE and pipeline compatibility for Java/.NET.

    • Support upgrading ecosystem to latest versions (Java 21, modern .NET, Angular/React updates).

    3. GenAI Engineering & Platform Integration

    • Build framework-level support for GenAI patterns:
      • RAG, vector DB integration
      • Prompt engineering utilities
      • Agentic AI integration
      • Model orchestration support

    • Develop GenAI-powered engineering tools (e.g., Copilot extensions, automated migrations, AI-assisted framework diagnostics).

    • Work with GenAI Platform teams on API onboarding, observability, evaluation metrics, and fine‑tuning workflows.

    4. SDLC & Developer Experience Automation

    • Build components that enhance developer productivity across IDEs, build systems, and CI/CD pipelines.

    • Integrate security scanning, license compliance, and configuration governance into frameworks.
    • Deliver DevX enhancements through the Integrated Developer Portal (IDP) and DevX agents.

    5. Cloud, Observability, and Runtime Enablement

    • Engineer framework features enabling cloud-native deployment on AKS/TKGI/GKE.
Build support for logging, monitoring, tracing, instrumentation, and operational insights.
    • Collaborate with cloud engineering teams on platform onboarding and runtime hardening.

Required Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of Software Engineering experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education

Desired Qualifications:

    • Java (Spring Boot, Microservices, Cloud-native patterns)
    • .NET / .NET Core (REST, middleware, modern hosting models)
    • GenAI technologies (LLMs, RAG, embeddings, prompt engineering, LangChain/LlamaIndex)

  • Expertise with CI/CD (GitHub, Jenkins, pipelines-as-code) and SDLC automation.
  • Experience building reusable templates, code generators, or InnerSource libraries.
  • Understanding of:
    • Security-by-design, SDLC risk controls
    • Performance engineering and scalability patterns
    • NFR engineering (logging, audits, resiliency)

  • Experience contributing to or managing large-scale frameworks across multiple programming languages.
  • Exposure to GenAI integrations in engineering workflows (e.g., Copilot extensibility, automated code remediation).
Knowledge of cloud-native design (Kubernetes, containers, service mesh).
  • Familiarity with developer portal ecosystems, plugin systems, or IDP integrations.
Background in platform engineering, technical risk management, or architecture functions.
