  • Collaborate with data and research teams (e.g., UX research, market research, business intelligence, consumer insights, and data science) to integrate diverse methodologies and synthesize insights for a comprehensive understanding of our users.
  • Develop, conduct, and promote best practices within the product organization, including experimentation (A/B testing), survey design, as well as defining and measuring product UX metrics.

  • Expertise in survey writing, sampling, and analysis as well as experience with common survey tools (e.g., on-platform/intercept surveys, Qualtrics).
  • A portfolio of case studies highlighting your research and data analysis process in addition to the impact your work had on an organization, team, product, and/or feature.
  • A deep curiosity and passion for uncovering user needs, motivations, behaviors, and pain points.

Where you’ll live:

  • While we prefer candidates based in Atlanta, we are open to qualified applicants from anywhere in the U.S. and are willing to consider remote candidates. #LI-Remote
