Job Description:

Huntsman Corporation is now looking for a dynamic individual as a Production Associate.

This position will be based in Pune, India.

As a Production Associate you will: 

All production related activities in compliance with Huntsman EHS standards, local regulations, as well as the best global practices and requirements.

Utilize the contingent man-machine at shop floor to get maximum output, ensure quality system, low waste and optimized utilization of resources at Pune site. Deliver quality product at right time in accordance with the business / customer requirement. .

Deliver the planned quality product & volumes with proper coordination with supply chain dept.

To set individual goals with the help of Shift In charge and monitor its performance on timely mannerEnsuring reduced production downtime in coordination with Maintenance.

Operational knowledge/ experience of PLC/ SCADA/ DCS control system

Deliver the planned quality product & volumes with proper coordination with QC & Supply Chain.

Assist in driving continual improvement plan in the site

Assist in driving 5S programme in the site.

Verification of stock regularly.

Assist in multiple audits such as statutory / EHS / Finance / inventory/ ISO.

Ensure timely updating of SAP entries in Production /QC, and thereby maintain SAP integrity.

Coordinate with onsite supply chain to ensure on time order processing.

Coordinate with all shared service functions and plan activities.

Housekeeping of plant / warehouse. Verification of stock regularly

Good Knowledge safety standard and work Permit system

What skills and experiences are we looking for?

Education: Diploma in Chemical Engineering from reputed college

Experiences: 3 to 4 years

Work experience in batch production at Chemical, Pharmaceutical, FMCG company.

Know-how & Skills:  To Manage shifts, production management capability and documentation
